What do I get?

Included in all brand packages:

Can I customize the brand?

Yes, we offer basic customisation of our branding including, colour changes, layout changes, element re-sizing, the colour of your logo, company name, heading/slogan and company details (owner name, phone number, businesses location, email address). It will be possible to request these changes using a form at the checkout.


For more extensive design work, we can provide those services separately.

How long does it take to receive my brand?

Once we have received your payment, the brand files will be emailed to you within 2 working days and up to 3 days after purchase confirmation.

What happens to my brand when I buy it?

Your new brand will be removed for our site immediately.

How many brands can I buy?

You can buy as many brand names for sale as you would like.

Can more than one person buy a brand?

No. Each brand can only be purchased once. As soon as you buy the brand it will be removed for the website.

Will I get the fonts?

We ensure that every business has copyright to their assets including fonts and royalty-free imagery.

If the brand fonts are free, we can provide these to you. If they require a licence, we will include a link for you to purchase the licence directly, so you have ownership and copyright of these.

Can someone steal my brand?

We have ensured that the domains (.com) names of our brands are unique. We have protected the brand designs with a watermark and the domains (.com) is held with our copyright until you purchase the domain/brand when the copyright transfer to you.

After you purchase your brand/domain you should look to trademark the brand name and logo for your chosen industry: (example for UK users) which will protect your brand.

How do I receive the domain (.com) name?

Scenario 1 (suggested):

Sign up to GoDaddy as your registrar (, this process will only take a few minutes. Please then send us the following details. We will need:

  • Owner’s email address *
  • Customer # (optional)

Note: Account push times will very slightly be based on the individual registrar and their account change process. Popular registrars usually offer a very quick (instant) means of making an account transfer while some may require more time.

Scenario 2:

If you choose a different domain company as your registrar or have signed up to one already, this process will take between 5 and 7 days to complete.

Please let us know if you want to take up this option. We will then send you an authorisation code. Use the authorisation code at your new registrar to complete your transfer.

This is standard in the industry. Any time a domain is moved to a different registrar, the waiting period is between 5 and 7 days, and up to 10 days in some cases.

Do I get a website with this brand?

Do you sell other peoples brand or domains on your site?

How long until I will receive my add-on items?

This will depend on item/s you want to purchase.


The list below states how long it will take to receive your item/s:

  • Animated Video (60)s: 1 Week
  • Website: 2-3 Weeks
  • Word Template: 2-3 Days
  • Leaflet: 2-3 Days
  • Case Study: 2-3 Days
  • Roller Banner: 2-3 Days
  • Powerpoint: 2-3 Days


What if I already have a name?

You can buy any of the brands on sale and request to change the name to your company name before, checkout by filling out the customisation form. You will unfortunately then not receive a .com domain.

Please note: Our FREE Registered Domain Name service does not include custom domain names, only the domains sold with the brands

What if there is a company with the same name?

This does not necessarily mean you cannot use the name/brand. There are many companies with the same business name. The important factor is that you are not working in the same industry area.

After you purchase your brand/domain you should look to trademark the brand name and logo for your chosen industry: (example for UK users)

Can I buy just a domain name?

If you’d like to purchase one of our listed domains without the brand, we consider all serious offers, but we are not really interested in domain-only sales. Please email your request and offer to [email protected]

Do your names include any trademark rights?

No, they do not.

Since we do not trademark our names, none of them includes trademark rights. When purchasing a brand from us you are buying the domain and the ownership rights to the logo design artwork that we provide with it.


Do you do discounts?

We occasionally offer discounts codes. Look out for these of our social media accounts. You can apply these at checkout

Do you accept card payments?

We accept payments via card and PayPal.

My card isn't working / can't buy?

Can I make my purchase in installments?

At present, we do not offer this, due to many complications that may arise.

Can I cancel my order? What is the refund policy?

You may request an order cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • Your order is less than 3 days old
  • You request a cancellation and refund before we have sent you any final files
  • The domain(s) you are purchasing have not been unlocked and authorization code sent to you
  • The domain has not been moved into your domain management account

– Please note that we are not responsible for the successful receiving of email or voicemail. If you do not receive an email back from us confirming that your order has been cancelled, it will continue to be processed. Please ensure you’ve received this email before concluding an order has been cancelled — this email will include necessary information regarding your refund.

Unfortunately, if the above conditions are not met, we cannot provide any level of refund.
